These terms govern every sale made through www.PIB-SportsNutrition.com. We can update them at any time. Read the version in force before you order, since the terms that apply are the ones published on the date you place your order. Placing an order means you accept these terms in full.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, printing, and typing errors. All promotions run while stocks last. We may change, pause, or end any promotion without notice, including where software, hardware, or legal issues require it.
1. PRODUCTS AND ADVICE
We sell food supplements and protein products in various forms, each accompanied by a technical data sheet and instructions for use. You choose the products you buy and are responsible for that choice.
We work exclusively with products intended for the EU market. This means compliance with EU regulations regarding composition, labeling, and safety of food supplements. If you are ordering for delivery outside of Europe, please confirm that the products are legal to import and consume in your country before purchasing. We accept no responsibility for goods consumed abroad.
The information and advice provided about our products are for informational purposes only. Supplements support general well-being. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
2. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for misuse, incorrect dosage, combinations with other products, or the consumption of expired goods. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of the information or advice we provide.
3. ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirming your order once we accept it. We may refuse or cancel an order, including when there is a payment dispute on a previous order.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices on www.PIB-SportsNutrition.com are in euros, include VAT, and exclude shipping costs. We display shipping costs at checkout and add them to your total before you pay. We may change prices at any time without prior notice.
Online promotions and discounts apply only to the website. They cannot be combined with in-store offers unless management confirms an exception in writing.
REVOLUT BANK processes all card payments through its secure service. We collect card payments on the day we ship your goods. All data is transmitted in encrypted form via SSL.
5. DELIVERY
We prepare your order once payment is confirmed and ship reputable European carriers. Delivery normally takes between 2 to 4 days from the moment we confirm your order. This is an average, not a guarantee. Delays do not entitle you to cancel, refuse the goods, or claim damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If you are not home at the time of delivery, our carriers will leave a delivery notice at your address.
6. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP
The goods remain our property until you pay the full price. Risk passes to you as soon as the goods leave our warehouse, regardless of when you pay. Inspect your delivery upon arrival. Report any damage or missing items to the carrier upon delivery and confirm this by registered letter within two days. We will not accept any claims that disregard these steps.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, in accordance with the European Economic Law. To withdraw, return the unused item, complete with all accessories and manuals, in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice. Contact us first for the return address.
We will refund or replace any defective or non-conforming product and cover the return shipping costs in such cases. If you return an item for personal reasons or if you return it incorrectly, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not refund or exchange goods that have been opened, damaged, or soiled by you.
If a return results from a delivery address that you entered incorrectly, or because you did not collect your parcel from our carriers within the holding period, you pay the cost of the return.
If you cancel before we confirm your order, we will give you a full refund. If you return goods incorrectly, we reserve the right to refuse your future orders.
8. DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and European law. We do not sell or exchange your information. To open an account and place an order, you provide us with your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, and email address. To pay, you provide your card or bank account information to our payment provider. Our privacy policy explains all the details.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the use of your data. To exercise any of these rights, please send an email to [email protected]. We may send you emails about our services and offers, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If someone contacts you claiming to have your Sports Nutrition data, please inform us immediately.
9. APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions are governed by European law. The European courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the formation or execution of an order.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions and the prices displayed. You waive the right to rely on any conflicting document, including your own terms and conditions of purchase. We may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and the new version will apply to all subsequent orders.
