Returns
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, in accordance with the European Economic Law. To withdraw, return the unused item, complete with all accessories and manuals, in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice. Contact us first for the return address.
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements, nutrition products, or any item that has been used unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
If you cancel before we confirm your order, we will give you a full refund. If you return goods incorrectly, we reserve the right to refuse your future orders.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If a return results from a delivery address that you entered incorrectly, or because you did not collect your parcel from our carriers within the holding period, you pay the cost of the return.
